Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated professional Sr. Administrative Staff Coordinator, Raytheon Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department to provide office management support to the FP&A Executive Director and his leadership team and to the Raytheon Controller. The successful candidate can effectively manage under time constraints, in a fast-paced work environment, and can multi-task. The candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, technically savvy, and possess excellent organizational skills. The role performs a wide range of administrative tasks. This role also requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information.

Provide support to Executive Director, FP&A & the Controller:

Calendar management
-
Meeting and training support
-
Travel arrangements
-
Expense reports
-
Organizational Chart Updates
-
Issue Communications on behalf of director
-
Help plan and support department and staff events
-
Prepare presentations/charts as required
-
Gather, compile and report on information requested
-
Ad hoc support for SBU Accounting leaders and staff

Provide support to other FP&A Senior Directors and teams:

Backup Executive Assistant support to CFO
-
Schedule meetings
-
Travel and expenses
-
Room reservations and invites for onsite group meetings/events

Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining documents/files, arranging meetings, catering, requesting office and IT supplies, making proper referrals, and sending, receiving, referring, and answering emails

Support approvals processing for policy requirements and document retention
-
Lead Finance point of contact for the RSTARS Reward and recognition program

Support onboarding new employees into FP&A team

Answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures

Working independently on special assignments, handling confidential documents/information, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Experience with meeting coordination and logistics.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Qualifications We Prefer

Previous Administrative or Office Support Experience: prior experience in roles involving general administrative or office support tasks.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
