Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of relevant quality or engineering experience.

Relevant experience is 8 years working experience in a Quality or Technical role and applying advanced principles across at least EIGHT of the following.

Compliance Evaluation: validation, verification, auditing, action items.

Requirements Verification: software/systems specifications, functionality, performance, release plans, statement of work, contracts.

Release Management: checklists, labels, versions, licenses, repositories.
-
Test Witnessing: test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test sites.
-
Software Processes: requirements decomposition, code reviews, functions / features, building / configuration management.
-
Defect Management: dispositioning, prioritization, resolution, implementation.
-
Records Management: software executables, release notes, security bulletins, training manuals, user guides.
-
Integration Knowledge: security, systems, software, hardware, connectivity, tools, equipment.
-
Maintenance Processes: patches, upgrades, installation, backups, recovery, synchronization.
-
Technology Knowledge: applications, servers, virtual machines, networks, storage.

Projects: Proven experience with leading, coordination, planning, prioritization, execution, and escalation.

Policies: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Analysis: Familiarity with identifying Root Cause of process issues and implementing Corrective Actions.

Metrics: Familiarity with defining, developing, monitoring, measuring, reporting, and dashboards.

Agile: Familiarity with SCRUM teams, sprints / increments, stories / points, backlog / burndown) and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).

PowerPoint: Ability to create and present Senior Management briefings.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Standards: Familiarity with Quality principles via AS9115, AS9100, ISO9001.

Strategy: Experience leading key initiatives with cross-functional teams and collaborating with Business and Technical stakeholders.

Development: Familiarity with Integrated Dev. Environment (IDE) applications, modeling, or databases (ClearCase, DOORS, RQM, Cameo, Rhapsody, Oracle, SAP).

DevSecOps: Familiarity with Toolchains (Jira, Confluence, ADS, Jenkins, GitHub, Coverity).

Certification: Active in Quality, SW or Systems Eng., Agile, Cyber / IA, Proj. Mgmt.

Education: Advanced Degree.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
