Overview
The MAC Manager is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) activities across East Hanover and associated sites. This role ensures all move-related services, including office moves, laboratory relocations, and workspace reconfigurations, are delivered in alignment with operational and contractual requirements. The Manager acts as the primary client interface for space changes and ensures all MAC activities are completed on time, within budget, and without disruption to business or laboratory operations. The role coordinates across engineering, workplace, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution. This position drives workplace efficiency, operational continuity, and accurate tracking of all move-related activities.
Shift: Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST
Compensation: $54,995.20/YR Salary

Key Responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end planning and execution of MAC activities, including office moves, lab relocations, and workspace reconfigurations
- Develops move plans, scopes of work, schedules, and execution strategies aligned with SLA and operational requirements
- Coordinates across engineering, IT, workplace, and vendor teams to ensure seamless move execution
- Ensures all moves are completed with minimal disruption to laboratory, operational, and business environments
- Coordinates pre- and post-move activities, including setup, user readiness, issue resolution, and feedback tracking
- Ensures accurate tracking of all MAC activities, work orders, and execution records within CMMS and workplace systems
- Works closely with Occupancy Planner and CAD Manager to ensure alignment between space planning, drawings, and execution
- Supports relocation of equipment, including coordination for laboratory and sensitive assets where required
- Drives continuous improvement in MAC processes, efficiency, and service delivery
Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in MAC, workplace services, or facilities project coordination
- Experience managing complex moves, including office, lab, or operational environments
- Strong experience coordinating vendor-delivered services and relocation activities
- Experience with CAFM / space management systems and AutoCAD preferred
- Strong understanding of move planning, scheduling, and execution logistics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in life sciences, corporate, or complex facility environments preferred
