Raytheon’s Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems (LSEGS) Department is responsible for the delivery of affordable and innovative electrical products. Accountable for program execution including cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. Providing resources to drive development and sustainment activities of our Land and Naval based electrical products. Our multi-disciplined teams manage a variety of engineering projects while maintaining a work life balance.
What You Will Do
- Lead electrical development for DVT integration, qualification, and Transition to Production (TTP) activities.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure task execution and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address design, testing, integration, and production challenges.
- Support design reviews, project coordination, risk management, supplier engagement, and compliance efforts.
- Perform system integration, verification, qualification testing, and data analysis to ensure requirements are met.
- Communicate results, risks, and technical data to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain a productive team environment.
