Receives shipments from carriers, vendors and suppliers in accordance with Raytheon EX/IM regulations, policies and procedures. Secures and processes paperwork by weighing and/or hand counting the material, verifies part numbers and serial numbers where applicable. Brings material to record in the appropriate business system after determining the appropriate transaction. Matches information in the business system as compared to the actual paperwork and material in the shipment.

Utilizes computer system to resolve minor discrepancies in receipts. Reports to Supervisor any discrepancy, damage or shortage of materials.

Receive, store, check, issue and cycle count material, expense supplies, gages, fixtures and tools in Certified Stores. Weighs and/or hand counts materials, identifies materials and serial numbers where applicable with accompanying paperwork. Packages material into predetermined quantities for storage.

Maintain one part number per stock location concept. Be able to understand and react to Computer System commands and be able to resolve problems via various computer inquiries. Moves all materials, equipment or containers to proper areas as directed in concurrence with Raytheon material handling policies, procedures and best practices.

Collects data and prepares/maintains records using either written or electronic media as required and/or directed by supervision.

Receives, checks, and prepares material and equipment for shipment, packages, and packs finished stock for shipment and/or storage. Finalizes containers for shipment in accordance with shipping documentation. Identifies/verifies materials and serial numbers where applicable with accompanying paperwork. Uses special dips, greases and dehydrating agents as required for preservation, packaging and packing to Military Specifications. Wraps, packs, straps, labels, stencils, weighs and counts units as required.

Moves materials, equipment or containers to proper area as directed. Secures and processes proper paperwork as required in accordance with Raytheon EX/IM policy and procedure. Verifies workmanship and product quality standards as they relate to specific packaging requirements including hazardous goods.

Operates a Company-owned or rented, Powered Industrial Truck, straight truck or motor vehicle. Picks up and delivers materials, parts, etc., and secures and processes proper paperwork as required. Follows daily schedule as directed. Maintains vehicles with gas, oil, and air. Notifies department head when repairs or checkups are necessary on vehicles. Loads and/or unloads trucks as required using such equipment as necessary in the performance of the job.

Stock parts away to shelves, bins, or appropriate locations and update Warehouse Management System with proper location.

Perform kitting function by identifying material location and counting/packaging appropriate part number and quantity.

Count identified part numbers and record counts in Warehouse Management System.

Package outbound shipments and perform routing function for subsequent shipments using Collins Tracking System.

Communicate with customers, management, and coworkers to identify priority activities and communicate progress with management and customers.

The selected candidate must be able to effectively communicate with teammates, customers, and cross functional disciplines.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Must possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of Florida and pass initial and annual Motor Vehicle History screening/Certification as required to operate company owned motor vehicle.

Must have the ability to work from elevated platforms and climb stairs.

Must have the ability to reach above shoulders and below knees, bend, stoop, squat, and kneel. Must be able to use both hands simultaneously.

Must be able to lift 28 pounds.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent. G.E.D. in the US)
