Commis à l'expédition et à la réception - JLL
Ce que ce poste implique :
En tant que Commis à la réception/expédition et au magasin, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos activités logistiques et de gestion d'inventaire. Vous serez responsable de toutes les opérations d'expédition et de réception, de la gestion de l'inventaire de l'entrepôt et de la tenue de registres précis dans notre système SAP. Ce poste est essentiel pour soutenir notre excellence opérationnelle et contribuer à l'engagement de JLL à offrir un service client exceptionnel. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec diverses équipes pour assurer un flux de matériel efficace et soutenir les activités d'expansion des affaires.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Gérer les opérations d'expédition et de réception :Traiter les envois via FedEx et d'autres transporteurs, compléter les déclarations de matières dangereuses pour les transports routiers canadiens lorsque requis, accueillir les transporteurs et réceptionner les marchandises, et entrer les réceptions dans SAP
Effectuer les opérations d'entrepôt :Conduire des chariots élévateurs et transpalettes, organiser et entreposer les articles d'une façon ordonnée et de manière qu'ils soient facilement accessibles, gérer les niveaux d'inventaire, et préparer les commandes et expéditions vers les autres sites
Coordonner la logistique :Organiser les transports entre sites en minimisant les déplacements, planifier les transports de manière efficace, et distribuer les colis/courrier aux départements (non BPL ou TA/CA)
Maintenir le contrôle de l'inventaire :Enregistrer toutes les entrées/sorties du magasin dans SAP, vérifier les dates d'expiration des produits et retirer ceux qui ne sont plus utilisables, prendre en charge le réapprovisionnement des inventaires, et utiliser les outils de gestion d'inventaire
Assurer la sécurité et la conformité :Suivre les formations obligatoires pour les envois de matières dangereuses, maintenir un espace de travail propre et sécuritaire, manipuler les pièces lourdes avec des techniques appropriées, et suivre tous les protocoles de sécurité
Fournir un soutien administratif :Classer et archiver tous les documents liés à la réception/expédition, traiter les bons de commande (PO) dans SAP, préparer les commandes pour les clients, et aider occasionnellement l'équipe de l'entretien au besoin
Offrir un service client exceptionnel :Maintenir des normes de qualité de service élevées comme en témoignent les commentaires des clients et soutenir diverses occasions d'affaires menées par d'autres membres de l'équipe
Qualifications requises :
3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en réception, expédition et entreposage
Bonnes connaissances en réception, expédition et entreposage
Certification valide d'opérateur de chariot élévateur et expérience démontrée dans l'utilisation d'équipements de manutention (transpalette, chariot élévateur, etc.)
Maîtrise du système SAP pour la gestion d'inventaire et le traitement des commandes
Bilinguisme français et anglais (écrit et parlé)
Bonne condition physique pour la manutention de pièces lourdes et de matériaux en toute sécurité
Ponctuel, fiable et capable de maintenir une assiduité régulière
Qualifications préférées :
Familiarité avec les systèmes d'expédition FedEx et autres plateformes de transporteurs
Expérience dans la manipulation de matières dangereuses et connaissance des réglementations de transport pour le Canada
Connaissance des outils de gestion d'inventaire et des meilleures pratiques
À l'aise avec les technologies informatiques et l'apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels
Expérience dans le soutien aux processus d'achat et d'approvisionnement
Expérience de base en entretien ou soutien aux installations
Capacité démontrée à travailler efficacement dans un contexte de travail d'équip

Shipping & Receiving Clerk – JLL
What this job involves:
As a Shipping/Receiving & Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management activities. You will be responsible for handling all shipping and receiving operations, managing warehouse inventory, and maintaining accurate records in our SAP system. This position is essential to supporting our operational excellence and contributing to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional client service. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure efficient material flow and support business expansion activities.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage shipping and receiving operations:Process shipments through FedEx and other carriers, complete dangerous goods declarations for Canadian road transport when required, receive goods from carriers, and enter receipts into SAP
Handle warehouse operations:Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner, manage inventory levels, and prepare orders for shipment to other sites
Coordinate logistics:Organize inter-site transportation while minimizing trips, plan efficient delivery routes, and distribute parcels/mail to departments (excluding BPL or TA/CA)
Maintain inventory control:Record all store entries and exits in SAP, monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items, manage inventory replenishment, and utilize inventory management tools
Ensure safety and compliance:Complete mandatory training for dangerous goods shipments, maintain a clean and safe workspace, handle heavy parts with proper techniques, and follow all safety protocols
Provide administrative support:File and archive all shipping/receiving documents, process purchase orders in SAP, prepare orders for clients, and assist the maintenance team occasionally as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service:Maintain high service quality standards as evidenced by client feedback and support various business opportunities led by other team members
Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations
Strong knowledge of reception, shipping, and storage practices
Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated experience operating material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
Proficiency with SAP system for inventory management and order processing
Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
Good physical condition to handle heavy parts and materials safely
Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain regular attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with FedEx shipping systems and other carrier platforms
Experience with dangerous goods handling and transportation regulations for Canada
Knowledge of inventory management tools and best practices
Comfortable with computer technologies and learning new software systems
Experience supporting purchasing and procurement processes
Basic maintenance or facilities support experience
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
