Overview
The Non‑Revenue Driver is responsible for safely transporting American Airlines employees, equipment, and/or materials between designated non‑public airport locations. This role supports daily airline operations and requires strict adherence to safety, security, and airport regulations.
Pay: 22.50 an hour
Schedule: Part-Time Schedule 20 - 25 Hours per week (Schedule will be provided by Hiring Manager upon completion of Behind the Wheel Training) Must be able to work some hours in the morning and some hours in the evening.

Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles to transport employees and materials between terminals, hangars, and other airport locations
- Follow all airport, TSA, and company safety procedures while operating on active airfield areas
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain clean, safe, and operational vehicles at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and delays
- Comply with all American Airlines and airport security policies and procedures
- Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers and staff
Qualifications
- Valid state driver’s license (Non‑CDL required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and airport badging requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
Physical Requirements - Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently
- Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
