Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-time Customer Service Attendant to support daily operations across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining facility cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for employees, clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond to support team and operational needs. This can be a fast-paced environment, and the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity is needed.
Workdays: Daytime availability preferred including Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning
Part Time Hours – 16 to 24 hours/ week
Shift: 6am to 2pm AND/OR 2pm to 11pm
Pay: $18 to $20 Hourly – Based on experience

Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills including Excel and Windows
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met
- Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
- Ability to work independently and stay productive during downtime
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record preferred
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Previous Call Center Experience helpful
