About the Team
As a member of the Executive Talent Acquisition team at Workday, we move beyond transactional coordination to serve as strategic partners who manage the infrastructure required to secure top-tier leaders. Our team focuses on building a "white-glove" operational framework that aligns with Workday’s corporate strategy and growth initiatives. We don’t just facilitate interviews; we design and run the high-visibility programs that ensure our executive candidate experience is world-class, seamless, and reflective of our brand's excellence.
About the Role
As an Executive Talent Program Lead, you will sit at the heart of our most critical hiring initiatives.
As the operational engine behind our Executive Search team, driving complex, cross functional programs with minimal oversight. You will leverage your deep experience in executive support to manage complex, global interview loops while simultaneously driving program-level improvements that help us "run the experience." This is a high-visibility role requiring a "white-glove" service mindset, extreme discretion, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders to keep searches moving forward.
About You
Lead High-Visibility Programs & Innovation: Actively identify, design, and lead strategic initiatives that improve our global executive hiring model. You will serve as the project lead for high-visibility programs, working cross-functionally to streamline workflows and elevate the 'Workday experience' for our entire leadership pipeline.
Lead Executive Search Logistics: Own end-to-end orchestration for executive interviews. You’ll manage complex, global scheduling for VP+ and C-suite leaders, navigating across time zones and fluctuating priorities with poise.
Elevate the Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary concierge for executive candidates. From managing bespoke travel arrangements and expense reimbursements to ensuring seamless interview transitions, you ensure every candidate feels like a priority.
Act as a Strategic Partner: Build trusted relationships with Chiefs of Staff and Executive Assistants. Helping navigate complex calendars and influence stakeholders to secure critical meeting windows.
Drive Operational Excellence: Proactively manage team calendars and facilitate search meetings. You’ll take detailed, insightful notes and document key milestones to ensure flawless execution and alignment across the talent team.
Maintain Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive leadership data and candidate information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Executive Search support role.
1+ years of experience in a project manager capacity., owning timelines, stakeholders and outcomes
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, G-Suite, and recruiting or human resources systems.
Experience with complex scheduling for C-level or senior leadership.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
