The IVD Strategy & Operations function supports cross functional work spanning Precision Medicine, R&D, Global Development Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Safety, Medical, Commercial, and other critical functions. Global IVD regulatory complexity and evolving device and drug development compliance requirements place increasing demands on cross functional execution, requiring dedicated operational capacity to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and sustained throughput.
The IVD Program Operations & Coordination Manager provides operational, coordination, and documentation support across cross functional IVD initiatives. This role enables effective execution by managing meeting orchestration, project tracking, and knowledge management, ensuring visibility, alignment, and follow through across stakeholders. The role acts as a central connective function, supporting leadership decision making, execution readiness, and operational consistency.

Role Objective
The Contract Worker will provide hands on operational support to IVD S&O to run forums, manage documentation, track projects, and steward knowledge assets in SharePoint/Teams; allowing leaders to focus on strategy and technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cross Functional Coordination & Execution Management
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate cross functional IVD meetings, working sessions, and workshops
- Prepare and distribute agendas, pre reads, briefing materials, and meeting logistics
- Capture detailed meeting minutes, key decisions, risks, and action items
- Track actions and dependencies and drive timely follow up and closure across functions
2. Project & Operational Tracking
- Maintain and update IVD project trackers, dashboards, timelines, calendars, and milestone plans
- Monitor progress against commitments, identify risks, and escalate overdue actions or blockers
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly leadership updates and operational summaries
- Develop and maintain standardized templates, reports, and operating artifacts to improve consistency and efficiency
3. Documentation, Knowledge & Enablement Support
- Organize and manage SharePoint sites, document repositories, and access controls
- Ensure version control and traceability for key documents, decisions, and working files
- Maintain training materials, completion logs, and inspection readiness documentation
- Develop and update process maps, workflows, and decision records
- Support preparation of presentations and briefing materials for leadership and governance forums
- Provide ad hoc operational support across IVD initiatives as needed

Skills & Experience Required
Required:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple parallel activities and deadlines
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience in regulated environments (e.g., pharma, diagnostics, medical devices)
- Familiarity with cross functional project coordination
- Experience supporting governance forums or leadership reporting
