Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Project Manager with strong IT project management process and methodologies experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Directs and manages overall work efforts of a project team, ensuring proper controls are in place and processes are followed. Provides oversight to meet established function, quality, cost, and schedule goals and objectives for projects with limited complexity and durations of six months or less from initial concept through post implementation per methodology and via approved project tools. Serves as a liaison and builds bridges and relationships with key project stakeholders. Authors the project management artifacts. Develops and maintains project plans, works with resource managers to obtain resources, and manages issues/risks. Ensures project governance is established and observed. Authors effective, clear, concise, and relevant communication for program/project stakeholders. Presents message to audiences including team leads. Determines knowledge and skill sets required to ensure successful project outcomes. Manages project team size of 10 employees or less.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 2 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
