Overview
The Chief Engineer / Sr. Operations Manager is responsible for execution of all engineering activities and site-level operational performance across maintenance, utilities, and support services. This role leads day-to-day execution, workforce performance, and coordination across engineering and operational teams. The position ensures all work is executed through CMMS processes with accurate documentation, backlog control, and adherence to defined job plans. The role supervises maintenance teams and vendor execution while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards. This position also supports operational services such as mailroom and logistics functions where applicable.
Compensation: $136,760.00/YR
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Emergencies and Weekends as needed.

Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years engineering experience
- Strong troubleshooting and systems knowledge
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Relevant trade certifications preferred
- OSHA certification preferred
