- Manage the QA/QC functionremotely or onsite on various project phases.
- Ensure QA/QC plans are fullyimplemented and organized within the teams at all stages of the project.
- Develop and improve QA/QC planfor the projects as required and in conjunction with the requirements ofproject teams and clients.
- Liaise and coordinate withcontractors and engineers with relation to technical discrepancies and projectquality.
- Review and validate DesignDocuments, Electrical and Mechanical Drawings, Floorplans, Description ofoperation, Equipment Manuals and other technical documents received fromdifferent contractors and maintain the latest versions.
- Co-ordinate with Local projectmanagers and vendors to collect the required documentation.
- Document management and adminactivities on company platform.
- Prepare and submit qualitymanual control/checklist, methodology etc. according to projects requirements.
- User Interface (UI) qualitycontrol testing, ensuring final product meets quality standards.
- Attend sites for inspection,validation of equipment functions and EBMS review.
- Support engineering andmanagement teams to carry out quality processes and any technical support.
- Support the teams withresolving and managing issues identified for multiple projects.

Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent
Preferred: Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & controls or Controls engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in BMS/HVAC or Building Services role.
Experience of Tridium, Trend, Siemens or similar BMS platform preferred.
