We are seeking a high-performing Human Resources professional to fill an HR Partner role supporting the Naval Airborne Systems (NAS) sub-strategic business unit (SSBU). In this dynamic and fast-paced role you will collaborate with other HR Partners and business leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the HR vision and mission. The ability to build relationships, exercise good judgment and work across the Raytheon matrix is critical in this role. The successful candidate should demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance.
What You Will Do

Serve as an active HR thought leader in developing actionable plans that support business area and HR strategies

Partner with NAS leaders to proactively identify program and capture talent needs

Coach leaders to increase understanding and application of HR processes, as well as guiding them in managing employee situations

Actively partner to deliver the full scope of HR solutions including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership capability and development, compensation planning, employee development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness & organizational development

Support the development and implementation of Team Fundamentals to drive productivity, program performance, and strengthen our workplace culture.

Contribute to efforts that enhance employee belonging, connection, and organizational effectiveness

Educate business partners and employees on HR policy, process and practice to ensure effective execution and compliance with policies and drive execution of best practices locally

Effectively resolve employee relations issues through partnership and influence with managers and employees
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or and Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years' experience.

Prior HR Partner experience working in a heavily matrixed organization.

Results orientation with strong organizational/follow-up skills and ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks to closure concurrently

Ability to work collaboratively across the Naval Power HR team, and demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple HR functional disciplines to develop solutions

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
