The Facility Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all facility management services and is responsible for ensuring high service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across assigned facilities. This role oversees daily operations, manages staff performance, and ensures all contract requirements are met while maintaining strong client relationships.
The Facility Manager will manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs, oversee operational teams, and ensure accurate facility data and reporting through CMMS systems. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing large teams within complex facility environments.
Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or battery production facilities is highly preferred.

- Act as the lead contact for all facility management services, ensuring service quality and continuous improvement.
- Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs across assigned facilities.
- Oversee daily operations and manage a team of approximately 35–45 staff members.
- Ensure all contractual service requirements are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage quality assurance programs and customer expectations to ensure strong client satisfaction.
- Assess facility conditions and estimate costs for repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
- Maintain accurate data within the CMMS system to ensure compliance and reporting integrity.
- Define operational requirements related to problem-solving, facility planning, and reliable facility data management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying solutions to meet evolving operational needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment by adjusting strategies as operational needs change.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Take ownership of operational outcomes by proactively addressing challenges and driving improvements.
- Determine asset life-cycle expectations and replacement values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean strongly preferred
- Experience working with Korean manufacturing clients or familiarity with Korean corporate culture highly valued
- 5 – 7 years of experience in facility management or operations management
- Janitorial or plant management experience preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, or battery production facilities preferred
- Proven experience managing a large multi-craft workforce
- Experience managing large-scale facilities (1–3 million sq. ft.)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
