Overview
Pay: $83.14/hr The pay listed is the hourly range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Benefit Information: This is a union Local 39 position and as such will include union benefits.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of all critical systems (electrical, HVAC, UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, sequence of operations, controls
- Proficient in writing, reviewing MOP’s and EOP’s
- Supervise and support engineering team members
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs
- Respond to emergency situations and critical system alarms
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Support vendor management and contractor oversight
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation
- Assist with budgeting and operational planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data center or critical facility operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with UPS systems, generators, switchgear, cooling systems, plumbing
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
