Coordinate testing requirements with Enterprise Technology/ HRIS/ GHRO project teams providing support for Infor DTime system implementation. Support testing of time and payroll system changes and support overall sustainment functions
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test scripts that will thoroughly ensure system functionality meets business needs as assigned (functional, end to end, integration, user acceptance, payroll compare)
- Assist with payroll compare processing and analyzing results
- Interact with peers, partners, and subject matter experts to support INFOR DTime implementation for ESPN
- Supports end users and responds to issues (data or process); takes appropriate action to escalate and/or resolve issues
- Collaborate with Payroll Time Team Members to identify and develop recommendations for process improvements for payroll processes
- Strong understanding of compliance and controls

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or at least 6 years of experience working on a payroll team for a large complex organization.
- At least 3 years in Payroll or Timekeeping roles, preferably in large, complex organizations
- Experience working in SAP (HR/Payroll/Finance)
- Technical knowledge of SAP Time and Payroll modules
- Proven knowledge and understanding of The Walt Disney Company policies
- Demonstrated strong partnering, teamwork, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deliverables, and adapt to change
