Lead and develop a finance team of 11+ professionals, including two managers

Establish, maintain, and drive robust cost controls across the Army portfolio

Perform quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and support revenue reconciliation
-
Drive overall financial performance for the 2GF/ITAS and 3GF/Aviation programs
-
Manage and lead contract-level Financial Planning & Analysis activities
-
Support ROI business cases and ensure effective cost management
-
Drive financial alignment to business commitments and long‑term strategy
-
Oversee financial governance and ensure process compliance
-
Implement and improve processes and tools to support program execution
-
Ensure compliance with Corporate, Contractual, and Legal financial requirements
-
Maintain accuracy of financial and business reporting
-
Provide financial guidance, insight, and decision support to program leadership
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; OR an advanced degree and 7 years of related experience

Experience supporting Program Controls processes, including preparation of Estimates at Completion (EACs), application of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies, or similar cost and schedule management practices.

Experience managing programs or projects with defined reporting requirements to executive, customer, or stakeholder groups.

Experience using SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+, or comparable financial or program management systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience managing multiple program issues or workstreams concurrently.

Experience preparing and delivering written and verbal communications for stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Experience supporting financial or program activities within government contracting (GovCon) or defense environments, including application of government accounting practices and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements (domestic and international).

Experience analyzing program or financial data to identify issues and support resolution.
-
Experience coordinating activities with cross-functional teams to support program execution.

Experience supporting work activities with defined deadlines and participating in process improvement activities.

Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
