Work Requirements
- U.S. Citizen required; must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Travel up to 50% to support program needs, including onsite activities at hospitals/clinics and trainer observation.
- Must be able to work variable hours, including nights and weekends, as program demands require and allowed by local regulations.
- Those residing in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area and within 50 miles of the Oracle location are not eligible as a remote worker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, or mix of equivalent experience and education.
- 2–4 years of experience in learning operations, training program support, curriculum development/instructional design, education coordination, and/or project coordination (project management experience a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure with rapid turnaround needs; strong prioritization and follow-through.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong recall for names, numbers, and status-driven work; highly organized.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis/reporting, formulas, pivot tables preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting via conferencing platforms and communicating with varied stakeholder levels.
- Ability to learn and use Oracle proprietary tools effectively and follow defined processes/standards.
Internal Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage learning/certification deliverables, milestones, schedules, and dependencies; proactively identify risks/issues and escalate when needed.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope and delivery plans for new training/certification requests and support execution to timeline.
- Support end-to-end trainer lifecycle operations, including trainer onboarding/readiness, certification coordination, scheduling, communications, and ongoing support.
- Support program quality and consistency by enabling and/or coordinating trainer observation onsite, capturing outcomes, and supporting feedback loops and follow-up actions.
- Apply instructional design fundamentals to support curriculum build and maintenance, sequencing, objectives, and alignment to certification requirements.
- Create and maintain high-quality written and visual communications (e.g., emails, PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, job aids) that clearly convey decisions, actions, timelines, and expectations to operational and leadership audiences.
- Maintain accurate, auditable tracking of trainer assignments, rosters, schedules, completion status, and certification milestones; ensure version control and data integrity.
- Provide training operations support (logistics coordination, travel coordination, meeting facilitation support, documentation, and information exchange).
- Operate effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced, and time-sensitive environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
