Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Medium Range Intercept Capability (MRIC) Program team is seeking a skilled and motivated *R**2S Cross Business Lead (CBL)* to support the MRIC Program. The R2S CBL will be responsible for executing all scope associated with R2S. R2S is a joint venture manufacturing company formed by RTX and the Israeli-based Rafael Advanced Defense Systems to build the Iron Dome system’s interceptor and the MRIC Interceptor in the United States. Raytheon teams with R2S and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems to defend populated areas and critical assets with the MRIC System. This role will report directly to the MRIC Associate Program Director. R2S program scope includes major end-item production, Integration & Test, sell-off of major end-items and delivery of Spares to the MRIC Program Management Office (PMO).

What You Will Do
-
Responsible for following and executing weekly program cadence with R2S (including review of IMS, tracking KHO, 30-60-90 plan, OTD metric, etc.)

Support supplier negotiations
-
Responsible for supplier SOW and Scope Alignment

Responsible for management of R2S Technical Data Package
-
Provide weekly input to IPTs and support Program Manager Request
-
Maintain R2S Relationship and resolve any business challenges with R2S
-
Responsible for R2S quality and delivery
-
Responsible for managing and monitoring R2S spend plan
-
Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts for R2S scope.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team leaders and engineers within the Cross Product Team.

Collaborate and communicate regularly across functions and engineering disciplines.
-
Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Experience managing suppliers
-
Experience presenting and clearly communicating to Sr leadership team
-
Ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate change
-
Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
-
Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviews.
-
Experience working cross functionally with OGC (legal), contracts, Supply Chain, program office, engineering, quality and any other functional area necessary.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a clearance.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
