A Human Resource Administrator will support HR functions and ensure compliance across the organization, reporting to the Manager of Corporate Human Resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach employees at all levels on performance, career paths and professional development
- Establish trust with area operational teams and help them to view HR as a resource to achieve area goals while also aligning to corporate values and policy
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, termination decisions etc.
- Conduct investigations under the guidance of corporate legal counsel
- Communicate new, changing and existing policies and procedures, and ensure understanding, compliance, and adoption
- Perform other duties as requested by leadership

EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field business,
- 3 years’ in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to influence through persuasion using data, logic and example
- Proven analytical, problem solving and long term planning skills
- Forward thinking to understand big picture goals and what it takes to identify roadblocks and solutions
- Comfortable in being autonomous and working in ambiguity while accomplishing goals
- Ability to identify issues and bringing processes and practices into compliance

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position is hybrid with a 3 day in office 2 day work from home split
- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
