THE ROLE
The Sr. Product Manager, Marketing AI Applications in our Solution Marketing organization drives Enterprise level AI software solutions, working across Field Enablement, Sales Operations, and IT to operationalize AI within AMD’s go‑to‑market strategy.
As an individual contributor, the Sr. Product Manager, Marketing AI Applications drives from concept to release the Solution tools and AI Agents — from backend infrastructure and APIs to data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and lightweight user interfaces for live production enterprise environments.
This role delivers both Solutions and AI tools that enhance competitive intelligence, content generation, field enablement, and cross‑workflow automation.
THE PERSON
You are a senior product manager with strong software product management experience, collaboration skills and understanding of Data Center technologies who thrives at the intersection of advanced AI Agents / Systems and Go‑To‑Market execution. You excel in fast-moving environments where you can architect AI based solutions, develop application requirements, solve for complex workflows, and drive measurable business impact. You enjoy translating ambiguous business and marketing needs into robust, production-ready AI solutions. You balance technical depth with clear communication, working seamlessly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Software, AI Systems & Agent Development
- Design, build, and operate production-grade AI agents and multi-step workflows (e.g., RAG, tool-using agents)
- Drive with IT for backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations that support enterprise-scale application and agents
- Design user-facing surfaces (UIs, extensions, or workflow embeds) enabling easy adoption of AI outputs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales Ops, IT and Product / Corporate Marketing, and BU Product teams ensuring the marketing solutions you develop align with enterprise workflows
- Work directly with non-technical stakeholders to refine use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure reliability, observability, and well-defined evaluation of software solutions and AI systems in production environments
Competitive Intelligence & Change Monitoring
- Build AI-driven monitoring across product positioning, benchmarks, pricing, messaging, and ecosystem activity
- Automate alerts, summaries, and downstream actions to support Product Marketing and field teams
- Convert monitored signals into clear, actionable insights aligned with system-level GTM strategy
Workflow Automation & Enablement
- Create AI systems that increase content velocity, reduce manual marketing tasks, automated refresh and improve execution consistency
- Automate cross-functional marketing workflows spanning campaigns, launches, and field enablement
- Measure and report the impact of AI-driven automation on marketing and pipeline performance
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Deep experience developing and working in enterprise level systems, ideally semiconductor, data center, AI infrastructure
- Experience with integrated systems, platform-level GTM, systems-level marketing
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or sales enablement platforms
- Proven background in technology product management, sales engineering, DevOps or related fields
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field desired; MBA preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
