What you´ll do
- Development of a high-performing sales team
- Create the Business Plan and execution Strategy for the region
- Support the modernization of our Selling and Value Delivery processes
- Leverage our CRM (ACE/Salesforce) to deliver financial expectations
- Drive robust Pricing and Offer tools, aligned negotiation strategy
- Lead customer retention and acquisition efforts, through value-based pricing models
- Optimization and Digitization of our selling efforts
- Drive an exceptional employee and customer experience
- Support innovation efforts and drive commercialization of new launches
- Establish Executive level relationships with top customers
- Understanding of key market dynamics and competitive SWOT
