Basic Qualifications:-Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal supervision is required.
Candidate must:
-Be able to manage multiple priorities and be flexible
-Strong influencing skills
-Must be able to lead a team and manage/resolve employee conflict
-Good at following and creating procedures
-Strong Lean manufacturing / process improvement experience
-Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for use at all levels of the organization
-3+ years of relevant experience
Desired Skills:Hangar and flight operations experience a plus.
Knowledge of government and company flight procedures a plus.
Previous Military experience a plus
Advanced abilities with Microsoft Office products, SAP, Solumina.
Successful applicant must be willing to work any shift and overtime.
Familiarity with aerospace industry preferred.
Previous supervisor experience in a union environment.
Previous Sikorsky Experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
