Role Definition
Provides internal sales support with a primary focus on final pricing validation, quoting support, and documentation accuracy. This role partners closely with internal teams and dealer contacts to ensure transactions are accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently. It is designed as a feeder role into Sales Support, offering exposure to increasing complexity and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Validate final pricing transactions, quotes, and related documentation for internal departments and dealer partners.
Provide quoting and documentation backup support to Territory Managers (TMs) and dealer partners.
Perform standard corrections and updates to pricing, documentation, and transactions in line with established processes.
Maintain accurate and complete records across required systems and tools.
Monitor and manage incoming requests, prioritizing work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, MSRs, and dealer Finance Administrators regarding transaction status, corrections, or missing information.
Identify issues, apply judgment within defined guidelines, and escalate non-standard or higher-risk items appropriately.
Adhere to all documentation, compliance, and control requirements.

Additional Notes
This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Burlington office 5 days per week
This position requires working hours of 10:00am to 6:30pm
