The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise People Services Clearance Processing Center in the role of Senior Analyst, Security. The RTX CPC is seeking a dedicated and detailed oriented professional to support the overall mission of the organization and maintain compliance with DoD and organizational personnel security policies and procedures. The selected candidate will be required to perform the clearance processing tasks of all types and in all phases (Pre-Employment, Initials, Upgrades, Reinstatements, Conversions, Reciprocity, and Continuous Vetting). The selected candidate will actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the clearance process. Additionally, the selected candidate will have to understand the department’s Key Performance Indicators and assist with the associated metrics and reports.
What You Will Do
-
Process Pre-Employment Eligibility Determination Action (PEEDA) tasks to include requesting and appropriately documenting Verification of USA Citizenship to meet NISPOM requirements and also requesting and uploading fingerprints.

Provide PEEDA support at hiring events as requested.

Maintain records and databases related to Personnel Security Clearances and access.

Perform tasks related all phases of the clearance process under moderate supervision.
Qualifications You Must Have

Secret Clearance
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Technical knowledge in solving complex problems.

Prior experience with ServiceNow, internal security systems, and NBIS/DISS Initiate and review processes.

Prior experience conducting and/or participating in internal reviews and government inspections.
-
Experience with all Microsoft Office programs.
Qualifications We Prefer

PERSEC experience.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism.

Must be flexible, able to multi-task, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to function in a team environment.

Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with the Raytheon Personnel Security Clearance Request process.

Prior Facility Security Officer, Assistant Facility Security Officer, or Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Backgroind Investigator experience.

Completion of Personnel Security training modules from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence.

Completion of the FSO Curriculum for possessing facilities from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence.

Working knowledge of the SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.

Work experience interacting / working with Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency and/or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
