Advise and coach leaders on resolving employee performance issues, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.

Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances while ensuring a fair and consistent approach.

Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive work culture.
Labor Relations:
-
Serves as a key contact for union representatives and manages labor-management relationships.

Negotiate and administer five (5) Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).

Develop and conduct training for leaders on labor laws, union matters, and CBA provisions.
Leadership and Strategy:
-
Partner with ELR, HR, and Managers to develop long-term strategies for employee engagement and retention.

Analyze trends in employee and labor relations and propose solutions to mitigate risk.

Act as a thought leader in shaping the organization’s employee and labor relations practices.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 8 years of experience.

Minimum 5 years labor relations experience.

Experience with union contract negotiations.
Qualifications We Prefer

SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification(s)

Proven knowledge of employment laws and labor relations practices.

Strong written, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

The salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
