Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with expertise in Databricks and CRM Activation to lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions. The role focuses on data integration, customer data platform (CDP) architecture, and scalable CRM data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation: requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and operations
- Configure and enable Salesforce Data Cloud features, including Data Spaces, Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), roles, and permissions
- Design and manage data ingestion pipelines and mappings to Customer 360 data model
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Flow, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Implement process automation and workflows using Salesforce Lightning Flow
- Build custom logic, triggers, and integrations using Apex
- Design for data quality, deduplication, lineage, monitoring, and error handling
- Ensure secure authentication, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders for CRM activation, segmentation, and customer insights
Required Skills & Technologies:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementation and configuration
- Expertise in Data Integration, Data Platforms, and CRM Data Architecture
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Flow, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Customer 360 Data Model
- Knowledge of Databricks and enterprise data platforms
- Strong understanding of data governance, SLAs, monitoring, and reliability engineering
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and secure authentication patterns
- Knowledge of CRM activation (Sales, Service, Marketing), segmentation, and calculated insights
- Experience with privacy, compliance, and data partitioning strategies

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
