Responsible for driving SSD products from design through high-volume manufacturing, with a strong focus on customer success and technical leadership. Lead customer core team meetings. Translate customer expectations into product requirements. Manage qualification testing and debug failures and provide technical direction to the cross functional engineering team. Conduct technical discussions, design reviews, and RCA/FA reporting. Guide engineering, business and customer facing teams across validation, qualification, and design. Coordinate requirement changes and manage timelines/budgets. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Feed and implement lessons learned into future product cycles. Ensure test coverage and quality assurance across the lifecycle.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Position requires:
1. SSD product design: NAND flash, DRAM, SSD ASIC, Firmware Flows, Media Management, and SSD Security; 2. System-level debug and integration;
3. PCIe/NVMe protocols and OCP specifications;
4. Debug tools such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers;
5. Datacenter system applications and design;
6. JIRA, Confluence, and structured problem-solving methodologies
$202,614.01 - $297,000.00 per year
