Description:As the Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Fort Worth F-35 Fabrication Quality and Production Teams. The selected candidate will report to the Fabrication Quality manager and will analyze data, facilitate Corrective Action Reviews, implement and manage Tableau dashboards and metrics, and focus on quality control and improvement opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
o Initiate, review, analyze , and report on quality-related data/metrics
o Recommend corrective action where necessary and developing quality control measures
o Coordinate cross-functionally with senior leadership to bring analyze and bring awareness to high drivers pertaining to scap, rework, and repair (SRR) and first pass yield failures (FPY) to drive continuous improvement
o Develop and maintain Corrective Action Review Team / Correction Action Board meeting content
o Develop and maintain dashboards for quality performance monitoring
o Collect, review, and analyze quality-related data from production, suppliers, and process improvement activities
o Steer Fabrication Production Build Team to corrective action

Basic Qualifications:* Bachelors degree from an accredited college
* Experience with data visualization tool(s) (i.e., Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI, etc.)
* Experience in project management and use of project management tools
Desired Skills:* Masters degree from an accredited college
* Technical familiarity with component part fabrication and other manufacturing processes
* Familiarity with various technical data from different platforms (F-16, F-22, F-35, etc.)
* Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
* Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
