Description:You will be the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 for the Maintenance Operations team which is responsible for leading technical repair, life‑cycle maintenance, and reliability practices for all production machinery.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness and maximum uptime of manufacturing equipment on the second shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for production machinery, robots, and subsystems.
- Analyze workflow and production support requirements to optimize resource utilization.
- Direct non‑union and union personnel to execute continuous‑operation tasks while adhering to safety, quality, and budget constraints.
- Drive reliability‑centered maintenance practices and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with Production Operations, Planning, and Quality leaders to align maintenance plans with overall plant objectives.

•Experience leading team daily operations, servicing, and maintaining commercial/industrial machinery equipment
•Experience with plumbing systems, HVAC and electrical systems in a facilities environment
Desired Skills:•Should possess technical familiarity with life cycle maintenance of production machinery and/or equipment that incorporate types of CNC/HMI/PLC/VFD
•Prior management/supervision in a union environment
•Five years of experience with direct supervision of maintenance activities

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
