Job Description
As the Associate, Broadcast Services, you will report into the Senior Vice President and support the Olympic & Paralympic teams, taking directive from area leads as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive support to the team around Olympic & Paralympic planning, adapting quickly to changing needs and priorities including but not limited to:
- Translate raw data into compelling visuals, charts, and summaries that tell a clear story (synthesize complex information into concise, easy-to-understand insights, presenting data in creative and non-traditional formats to improve clarity, engagement, and decision-making)
- Translate Production and Engineering requirements into the external platforms (ex: OBS and OCOG Rate Card Services)
- Build clear, polished, and visually engaging PowerPoint (and/or other platform) presentations for leadership and stakeholder audiences
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing large volumes of information, perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems. Financial acumen a plus
- Coordinate and compile travel-related details while serving as a clear, reliable, responsive point of communication for travelers
- Book, manage, and coordinate executive travel arrangements, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and related logistics
- Build strong bridges and tight partnerships with cross-functional internal and external teams to support the documentation and distribution of information across teams
- Facilitate collaboration between NBCU/OBS platforms and processes
- Maintain, review and respond to OBS daily, related to feedback and critical timing in line with the Olympic deadlines
- Support and influence new strategies and workflows to increase impact and launch excellence
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum three (3+) years' production management support or equivalent experience in television, sports and/or live/corporate events
- Highly proficient in computers; data entry, desktop publishing and document preparation with speed and accuracy
- Advanced user and innovator of spreadsheets (Excel/Smartsheet) with a genuine enthusiasm for working in data, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and metrics organization
Desired Characteristics:
- Desire to learn and adapt technical schematics related to Olympic venue planning
- Proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving how information is structured and displayed
- Proven ability to assess priorities, adapt to face-paced environments and take direction from multiple people
- Track record of demonstrating ownership and accountability for projects and tasks assigned
- Eager to be based in Stamford, CT and contribute in an on-site collaborative team environment, available for flexible hours and/or travel as required

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. Monday - Thursday with the flexibility to adjust as business needs dictate.
