Support the Microwave Automated Factory (an ISO Class 8 clean room environment) in high-volume, high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems.

Support assembly processes involving automated epoxy component attachment (die attach) and cure.

Work hand-in-hand with product engineers, quality engineers, reliability engineers, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing.

Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using established statistical process control techniques, experimental designs, material analysis, mechanical design analysis, and root cause analysis.

Evaluate materials, equipment and processes (including qualification, acceptance testing, and specification development) and interface with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.

Spend 8+ hours per day in a clean room environment, following clean room and electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Experience with automated machines used in manufacturing.

Experience navigating technical requirements within military standards and/or other engineering data packages (i.e. product drawings).

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with automated die attach.

Experience with adhesive selection and qualification.

Manufacturing experience with surface mount technology (SMT), microelectronics, and/or automated assembly equipment.

Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) experience.

Experience with technical writing, including creating operator instructions, process and material qualification reports, equipment vendor statements of work, and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams across various experience levels through presentations and other formats.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
