Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to understand and unpack complex industry processes and problem statements
- Lead the research, design, documentation, development, and testing of sophisticated data science models in both prototype and production environments
- Effectively communicate technical subject matters to stakeholders with varying levels of technical acumen and guide discussion
- Partner with other functional teams throughout engineering and technology to deliver data solutions as needed
- Stay abreast of industry standard algorithms as well as latest developments and apply them as appropriate in delivering an innovative data science solution
- Operate with autonomy and collaborate with other team members to accomplish project goals

Qualifications
- 3+ years of post-academic professional/industry experience building, implementing, testing, and deploying data science and advanced analytics production models
- 3+ years of post-academic experience working on enterprise-scale projects relating to technology applications
- 5+ years of research experience in applicable science and/or engineering fields, with strong theoretical and practical knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization techniques
