Successfully partner and influence the program team to help meet financial goals & commitments, support proposals, and assist in execution strategy discussions.

Direct supervision and management of one (1) direct report

Drive the financial planning activities across the program including FP&A Rplan updates/analysis and communication back to the program on how performance impacts BSEC (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, & Cash).

Short Range Outlook (SRO) Risk and Opportunities experience.

You will collaborate with Program Directors & Managers to manage the JSOW and NSM MESIS business portfolio.

Be an integral program team member working closely with leadership, to ensure accurate measurement, control, and understanding of reported costs and schedules.

Support the team of program financial analysts in the development of quarterly EACs.
-
Ability to work multiple contracts and programs across different customers.
-
Non-contractual Earned Value Management experience available.
-
Support proposal development and program start up activities.
-
Support the development of the long range and annual operating plans.
-
Lead and develop a team of finance analysts.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years finance or accounting experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
-
Experience supporting proposal development and program start up activities.
-
Experience supporting the development of the long range and annual operating plans.

Experience developing Estimate at Completes.
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a Secret security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
