Leidos’ Integrated Airborne Solutions division currently has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our team in Bridgewater, Virginia. This role provides critical onsite and remote systems engineering support for multiple manned airborne ISR platforms operating across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Candidates with experience in Full Motion Video (FMV), video distribution, tactical communications, and core IT principles will be well‑positioned for success.
Primary Responsibilities
Collect, maintain, service, troubleshoot, test, and compile technical data for aircraft mission equipment and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), including:
Tactical communications BLOS/VULOS (KOR‑24, PRC‑117/152/167, ARC‑231)
CTDLs (Link‑16, BFT/FBCB2)
LOS datalinks (Vortex, MANeT)
Cryptographic equipment (CSEC), DTDs
IP networking, sub‑netting, EO/IR, SIGINT, BLOS, and PPL systems
Implement configuration management, safety, and quality assurance processes in accordance with AS9100D and contractual requirements.
Maintain tactical communications system suites, including applicable CSEC.
Track and document hardware and software across multiple locations and programs.
Engineer, monitor, manage, and troubleshoot internal and external networks (encryptors, firewalls, routers, switches).
Oversee and troubleshoot virtual environments, including VMware.
Monitor and manage storage appliances and databases, coordinating with vendors for fault resolution.
Manage, patch, and troubleshoot Microsoft and Linux systems.
Implement and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
Develop documentation for new technologies and configuration procedures to ensure program consistency.
Secondary Responsibilities
Configure and evaluate reports from SIEM tools, HBSS, HIPS, DLP, WSUS, workstations, servers, network switches, firewalls, and related systems.
Apply security controls in response to Nessus and SCAP scans in alignment with DISA STIG requirements.
Perform Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM), continuous monitoring, and vulnerability assessments.
Support additional duties as required by platform needs or contractual obligations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2–6 years of experience in Networking, VMware, or Microsoft servers.
DoD 8570/8140 IAT or IAM Level II (or higher).
Strong general IT knowledge with the ability to identify issues and research solutions.
Working knowledge of DISA STIGs/SRGs and system hardening for workstations, servers, applications, routers, switches, Cisco ASAs, and firewalls.
Demonstrated motivation to learn and adopt new technologies.
Willingness to travel and deploy to CONUS/OCONUS locations, including remote or hardship environments.
Active SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TS.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military airborne ISR or flight operations experience.
Experience with Leidos IAS ISR platforms, including development, integration, testing, CONOPS, and maintenance.
Hands‑on experience with DoD avionics such as EO/IR FMV, tactical communications, navigation, CSEC, SIGINT, and aircraft survivability systems.
Broad technical background in systems engineering, ISR sensors, requirements tracking, testing, and validation.
Strong understanding of electronics principles and proficiency with test equipment.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
