What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Staff - Skunk Works you will be embedded in a multidisciplinary Agile team that drives ground control station capabilities from cradle to grave through the development and execution of system level test procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop system‑level test procedures for ground control station capabilities
- Develop test design threads using Cameo within a Model‑Based Systems Engineering environment
- Execute test and digital‑thread activities using Cameo and other tools
- Interface with key software and systems engineers to produce verification artifacts
- Participate in integration and test events and support planning and scheduling for key milestones

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors or above degree in engineering/technical discipline
• Experience with integration and test processes
Desired Skills:• Familiarity with Ground Control Station systems
• Experience in developing processes, procedures, and other complex formal technical documentation
• Experience with test automation
• Working knowledge of systems engineering
• Experience with simulation and emulators
• Experience with GitLab, Atlassian, Ansible, Cucumber Test, 3DX, qTest, Java, or Python a plus
• Experience with digital engineering or model-based systems engineering
• Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodology

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
