Talent Acquisition - Advisor I
About your role:
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor I, you will lead full-cycle recruiting activities that help Fiserv attract and hire talent aligned to business priorities. You will partner closely with hiring managers, Human Resources, and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, manage hiring processes, and deliver a consistent candidate experience. Your work will help improve hiring outcomes, support workforce planning, and ensure teams have the talent needed to meet business objectives.
What you'll do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy development, screening, interviewing, offer development, and hiring process coordination
- Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to define talent needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive timely hiring decisions across multiple requisitions
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, applicant tracking system activity, and external talent channels for current and anticipated hiring needs
- Advise stakeholders on recruiting market conditions, candidate availability, hiring trends, and process recommendations using recruiting data and business context
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements using structured screening methods, interview feedback, compensation guidelines, and selection criteria
- Track recruiting activity, funnel conversion, and hiring progress using recruiting systems and reporting tools to identify trends and improve process effectiveness
- Ensure recruiting activity, candidate documentation, and hiring practices follow established employment policies, process controls, and compliance requirements

Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition supporting full-cycle recruiting across multiple job families in a corporate, search, or agency environment
- 6+ years of experience in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates using applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and external recruiting channels
- 6+ years of experience partnering with hiring managers and Human Resources teams to develop recruiting strategies, manage interview processes, and execute offers
- Experience using recruiting metrics and reporting tools to evaluate pipeline health, hiring progress, and process effectiveness
- Experience advising stakeholders on candidate markets, search strategy, and selection decisions using data and business requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience recruiting for financial services, payments, or technology roles
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring or enterprise recruiting initiatives
- Experience with talent mapping, passive candidate outreach, and market research
- Familiarity with employer branding or recruitment marketing practices
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel:This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
