Job Description
NBC News Digital (Shop TODAY, NBC Select) is seeking a Manager, Commerce Partnerships (Events & Growth) to support the growth of our commerce business through event sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and integrated brand programs. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue for Shop TODAY Stages and support the continued growth of the events franchise.
This person will work closely with Producers, Editors, and the Partnerships team to bring each event to life from ideation through execution. This includes securing sponsors, growing TODAY’s emerging influencer program, leveraging relationships for product inclusion and gifting, and supporting additional event-driven initiatives that require partner investment. A strong pulse on culture, emerging brands, and audience trends is key to identifying the right partners and shaping compelling, relevant experiences.
This role will manage 1–2 direct reports and report to the Head of Commerce Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead partnership development and execution across Shop TODAY Stages and related commerce initiatives, from outreach through deal close, including activation, and post-event recaps/upsell
- Manage brand relationships and identify new business opportunities across events, influencer programs, and affiliate-driven partnerships
- Develop creative, culturally relevant activations in collaboration with brands, influencers, and PR teams
- Oversee end-to-end execution across experiential, broadcast, digital, social, and affiliate marketing programs
- Partner cross-functionally with Editorial, Studios, Events, Legal, and Analytics teams
- Track pipeline, revenue, and performance; develop pitches, proposals, and recaps
Qualifications
- 4+ years in partnerships, brand marketing, events, influencer, or PR
- Experience working with creators, merchants, agencies, and/or affiliate marketing programs
- Proven ability to manage partnerships from pitch through execution
- Strong communication skills; highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 (bonus eligible)
