Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Parking Cashier who is responsible for cash and electronic transactions with parking customers.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
· Responding to calls for assistance via an intercom system and telephone.
· Monitor cameras for guests and respond to those guests and their needs in a polite and professional manner.
· Contact appropriate department for any needs outside the position requirements.
· Maintain accurate activity logs.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
· Must be highly detailed and organized.
· 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an interactive customer response center.
- Must be fluent in English
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
Preferred:
• Two (2) years of similar experience preferred
