Overview
ABM is looking for a highly skilled and safety‑focused Forklift Operator to support daily material movement across our launch, production, and testing facilities. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring hardware, components, and flight-critical materials are transported efficiently and accurately to support mission timelines. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
Shift:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4pm-8pm and Saturday 8am-12pm
Pay : $20 an hour

Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials, components, and hardware.
- Transport flight hardware, tooling, and sensitive equipment between production areas, warehouses, and test stands.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement records using (barcode scanners, ERP software, etc.).
- Support receiving, stocking, staging, and kitting of materials for production teams.
- Follow strict safety protocols and handling procedures for hazardous materials when required.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including organization, labeling, and maintaining clean work areas.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
