We are currently seeking an Epic EHR DirectorofDelivery,Growth & Market Expansion to join our Healthcare Technology Consulting Services team. The Director willoperatewith a national purview across Epic EHR opportunities and willbe responsible forbuilding, scaling, and sustaining the firm’s Epic-related advisory, implementation, and optimization services.
The Director willleveragedeep technicalexpertisein the Healthcare IT industry, with a focus on Epic EHR implementations, advisory, and optimization, combined with strong leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will havedemonstratedsuccess selling Epic-related services, mentoring business development teams, and overseeing complex outsourced and co-sourced engagements with hospitals and health systems.
This role requires a leader who can effectively drive growth through both external client relationships and internal firm collaboration, building a sustainable book ofbusinessand positioning the firm as a trusted advisor across the Epic ecosystem.
This role can be based near any major RSM office.
As a Healthcare Consulting Director, you will need to:
Develop andmaintainexecutive-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, CMIOs, and other healthcare leaders.
Represent the firm at client meetings, industry conferences, executive briefings, and speaking engagements to build brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
Oversee development of client-facing materials, including proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and executive presentations.
Partner with the Practice Leader anddeliveryleadership to align scope, pricing, staffing, margin, and risk expectations.
Oversee a healthcare IT book of business across Epic implementations, optimization, advisory, and change management engagements.
Model the firm’s core values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence, and stewardship in all interactions
Oversee a healthcare IT book of business focused on EHR implementations, optimization, advisory services, change management, and engagement risk of allclientrelated work within the portfolio
Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’sdegree in business, computer science, informatics, public health, healthcare administration, ora relateddiscipline.
Demonstrated success selling Epic-related services, including advisory, implementation, and optimization engagements.
Experience leading complex Epic pursuits, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract execution.
Strong understanding of the Epic ecosystem, including health system implementations, Community Connect models, and optimization initiatives.
Experiencepresenting toand building relationships with senior healthcare executives (CIO, CFO, COO, CMIO, etc.).
Strong business acumen, including knowledge of healthcare operations, financial drivers, and technology strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Established relationships within the Epic ecosystem, including health systems, Community Connect hosts, or strategic partners.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $134,000 - $269,000
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
