Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to integrate and test electronics hardware at the subassembly and system level

Perform hardware safety checks, initial checkout and power-on, and support integration through system-level and qualification testing

Troubleshoot hardware and system-level issues using lab equipment and engineering documentation
-
Support development, build, and test activities for complex systems, including preparation for delivery to customers
-
Assist in system integration activities across hardware, firmware, and software components
-
Work with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and emulator systems to support integration and test environments
-
Execute test procedures, collect data, and evaluate hardware performance against requirements
-
Document test results, integration activities, and issues; contribute to technical briefings and status updates
-
Work in lab and clean room environments handling sensitive hardware systems
-
Support cross-functional efforts with electrical, mechanical, optical, and software engineering teams
-
Participate in internal and customer-facing demonstrations as needed
-
This position may require occasional business-related travel
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience in a lab environment integrating and testing electronics hardware
-
Experience performing hardware bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting
-
Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
-
Experience interpreting engineering documentation such as schematics, block diagrams, or memory maps
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience working in low-volume, high-complexity development or production environments
-
Experience with FPGA, SoC, or microcontroller-based systems
-
Experience using MATLAB for data analysis or test support
-
Experience with high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., DDR, flash memory, or multi-gigabit transceivers)

Experience working in Agile development environments using tools such as JIRA
-
Exposure to optical or imaging systems
-
Exposure to Linux-based operating systems and command line interfaces

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
