Collaborate with engineering teams to create high-quality training materials that meet user needs and customer standards ensuring content is comprehensive, engaging, effective, and delivered on time.

Apply SME knowledge and expertise to the development, review, and delivery of training.

Drive performance to cost and schedule targets.

Generate/Lead proposal inputs on all relevant scope.

Regularly interact with the SETS program office and customers.

Provide input on program highlights, staffing needs, program outlooks, risks & opportunities, and other leadership requirements.

Apply disciplined RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) processes and utilize tools to establish and monitor metrics and trends to ensure excellence in execution.

Travel is required and estimated at approximately 30%, which will be domestic travel.

This position is designated as onsite, and is based at Raytheon’s Woburn, MA location.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.

Experience with system radar.
-
Experience training in a military and/or civilian environment.
Qualifications We Prefer

Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience leading/managing training development and conduct for large-scale military Programs. multiplayer, virtual reality, augmented reality and Computer Based Technology.

Familiar with 3D modeling / game design / visual effects / multimedia or related field.

Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and managing project or program cost, schedule and risk.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
