Job Summary:
The Garage Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and overall appearance of the parking garage. This role involves routine cleaning duties and requires strong communication skills, physical activity, and attention to detail to ensure a safe and presentable environment.
Pay: $18.50 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain garage areas by sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Remove trash and debris from designated areas
- Lift, carry, and dispose of trash bags appropriately
- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Walk throughout the garage for extended periods while completing tasks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and the public as needed
- Follow safety procedures and facility guidelines at all times

Physical Requirements
