Description:You will be the F-35 E&T Operations Project Engineer - Level 4 for the F-35 Engineering & Technology team which is responsible for execution of the E&T activity across F-35 to accomplish program cost, schedule, and performance.
What You Will Be DoingAs the F-35 E&T Operations Project Engineer - Level 4 you will be responsible for championing operational excellence across the F‑35 Engineering & Technology organization, translating data‑driven insights into clear, actionable briefings for senior executives, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive coordinated execution of improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Experience with F-35 development or other aircraft development programs
• Proven record of driving results through implementation of operational excellence
Desired Skills:• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, MATLAB, Tableau, Python, or similar)
• Experience with executive level written and oral communication
• Ability to translate technical data into clear, concise briefings for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Experience delivering results working within a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with engineering processes, performance-based contracts, milestone tracking and earned value management concepts
• White belt trained and/or familiar with continuous improvement principles
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
