Description:The Fort Worth Mission, Business & Compliance is hiring a CGOP's Site Lead who will report to the Senior Manager of MB&C and oversee daily ground‑operations performance, contractual compliance, AGDI, FOD processes, and DCMA 8210‑1 customer support. The role requires deep expertise in DCMA regulations, the ability to conduct audits, identify systemic root causes, and drive corrective actions using quantitative and qualitative analysis, and be able to translate complex data into concise, executive‑level briefings, influence stakeholders at all levels, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Success hinges on strong communication, project‑management skills, and hands‑on knowledge of FOD and AGDI, ensuring mission readiness, risk reduction, and cost‑effective operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:• DCMA 8210-1 experience
• Effective communication skills: written, oral, listening, presentation, and technical writing Internal (leadership) and External (DCMA, JPO, MOD, DOD, Etc.) customers
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - e.g. macros, pivot charts/tables, v & h lookups, etc
Desired Skills:• RCCA, PCAMs, Corrective CAR Processes and Performance
• Demonstrated record of working with multiple customers and forming strong internal and external customer relationships
• 10-15 years military/civil aviation maintenance background with fixed wing aircraft
• Former GFR/GGFR/GGR experience
• Ability to think and act strategically
• Ability to give, receive, and act on critical feedback

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
