Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and update plans of care in collaboration with providers
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient responses; report changes promptly
- Coordinate care and provide patient/family education
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
- One year of professional nursing experience preferred
