What You'll Do:

Update intra-day consumer driving rates using internal pricing and optimization tools based on analysis of consumer trends, competitor pricing, fleet levels, and market dynamics

Ensure accurate execution of pricing strategies within automated/robotic optimization systems to maintain market competitiveness

Analyze historical performance, booking trends, and demand forecasts to generate insights and optimize pricing decisions

Identify and evaluate markets, geographic regions, and competitor behavior to inform pricing strategies at both macro and micro levels

Develop and maintain pricing models, financial analyses, and cost/price frameworks for B2B deals, SMB opportunities, and government RFPs
-
Support pricing and repricing initiatives, promotions, and performance analyses through ad-hoc and structured analysis

Produce and distribute regular performance reports, benchmarks, and dashboards (monthly and ad hoc) using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Cognos

Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Finance to align pricing strategies with business goals

Communicate insights, recommendations, and performance results to stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership

Identify, test, and evaluate targeted promotions to drive demand and improve revenue outcomes

What We're Looking For:
-
2+ years of relevant experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, or analytics (5+ years total professional experience preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with Tableau, Cognos, or similar tools preferred

Experience working with pricing systems, forecasting, and demand modeling

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred; Master’s degree a plus
The annual starting salary for this position is between $57,600 – $70,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
