Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of training courses to ensure effective and efficient delivery of learning events
- Serve as the component registrar and maintains responsibility for participant enrollment, registration records, attendance documentation, and related administrative actions
- Collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts, and program stakeholders to support the development, organization, and delivery of training activities
- Monitor and manage training logistics, including schedules, course materials, classroom or virtual meeting arrangements, and participant communications
- Maintain accurate training records, files, and reports in accordance with established policies, procedures, and program requirements
- Identify and resolve scheduling, registration, and logistical issues to support uninterrupted training operations
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure training events are conducted in a timely, coordinated, and professional manner

Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of experience communicating with leaders at all levels across an organization
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
- Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience with training preferred
- Experience with supporting the IC community
